E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice
STABLECOIN POLICY
This E-Sign and Electronic Communications Notice ("Notice") applies to your relationship with Evolution Global Inc. ("Evolution") and is provided pursuant to applicable electronic signature and electronic communications laws, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and applicable Nigerian electronic transactions legislation. By creating an Evolution account and using our Services, you consent to receive communications electronically and to sign documents electronically.
Your consent covers all communications relating to your Evolution account and use of our Services, including but not limited to:
• Account opening documentation and agreements;
• These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Stablecoin Policy, and any amendments thereto;
• Transaction confirmations, receipts, and account statements;
• Fee schedules, rate disclosures, and pricing updates;
• Compliance-related notices and requests for information;
• Account alerts, security notifications, and suspension or termination notices;
• Responses to customer support inquiries;
• Any other disclosures required by applicable law to be provided to you in writing.
You agree that your electronic acceptance of any agreement, policy, or document provided by Evolution—whether by clicking “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Continue,” or any similar action, or by submitting a form—constitutes your valid, binding electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on a paper document. Evolution may also present documents for your digital signature in connection with account opening, compliance procedures, or other contractual requirements.
Electronic communications will be delivered to you via:

• In-App Notifications: ", "Through the Evolution mobile application or web platform.
• SMS: ", "To the mobile number registered to your account, for transactional and security alerts.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information on your account is current and accurate. Communications sent to the contact details you have provided shall be deemed received by you.
To access and retain electronic communications from Evolution, you require:
• A device capable of accessing the internet (smartphone, tablet, or computer);
• A current web browser or the Evolution mobile application;
• An active email account capable of receiving standard MIME-formatted emails;
• Sufficient storage to save electronic records;
• Software capable of opening PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent).
Evolution is not responsible for your inability to access electronic communications due to technical failures on your end, including outdated software, inactive email accounts, or storage limitations.
You are responsible for retaining copies of all electronic communications and records provided by Evolution. We recommend downloading and storing transaction confirmations, account statements, and agreement documents for your personal records. Electronic communications are available within your account dashboard for a period as stated in our data retention policy; however, this availability is not guaranteed indefinitely
You have the right to request a paper copy of any communication delivered to you electronically. To do so, contact us at hello@evolutionglobal.xyz. Evolution may charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies. Requesting a paper copy does not automatically constitute a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at hello@evolutionglobal.xyz. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use certain features of the Services, as electronic delivery of required disclosures and notices is integral to our platform. Where withdrawal of consent makes it technically impractical for Evolution to continue providing Services to you, Evolution may suspend or close your account.
Withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively to communications already delivered electronically prior to withdrawal.
You are responsible for promptly updating your registered email address, phone number, and other contact information if they change. You may update your information at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@evolutionglobal.xyz. Evolution is not responsible for any failure to deliver communications that results from outdated contact information.
Where applicable law requires Evolution to provide disclosures in a specific form or manner that electronic delivery does not satisfy, Evolution will provide those disclosures through alternative means as required.
